Returning Soon

Hey out there. I've been away from the keyboard for a while. Actual work got in the way, followed by a fantastic family vacation through northern Michigan. I've lived here almost my entire life, and never spent any time in the Upper Peninsula! What a shame! If you ever get a chance, Michigan really is a beautiful state. Tomorrow I will append this post with a sampling of some of the pictures I took.

The vacation culminated with a family reunion of my mother's family. It was nice to see my remaining aunts and uncles, though it felt weird without Mom there. A lot of cousins showed up with their kids and grandkids, so we had a great time.

Tomorrow.... Back to the grind, and I promise soon to have a new cad tip of some sort. I also owe a good friend a few pages soon. So until then....
